Linsey has specialized training and expertise in working with the treatment of complex trauma and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Linsey’s therapeutic approaches are focused on CBT, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Spiritual and Art therapy methods. However, also blending different elements and approaches to tailor each clients needs and treatment. Linsey is committed to continuous learning to stay abreast of current therapeutic methods that best support, facilitate and provide transcending healing services to her clients.

Michael has a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Alcohol, Tobacco and other Psychoactive Substances. He has worked in the field of mental health since 2001 and practiced in hospitals and community settings as a Registered Social Worker, team leader, and Crisis Intervention Specialist.

Michael believes that it takes courage and personal initiative to reach out for support when difficulties present themselves. He is a good listener. His therapeutic relationships offer the safety, compassion, and understanding that his clients value. 

He serves his clients with an eclectic blend of psychotherapy, supportive counselling, problem-solving, validation, distress tolerance, guided imagery, and skills teaching.

Danika has a Bachelor and Master of Social Work and has been practicing as a Registered Social Worker since 2013. She spent over 8 years working in hospitals providing acute crisis intervention and outpatient counselling with adults and started her private practice in 2020. She has extensive experience working with people in crisis, people dealing with life transitions and challenges and a wide range of mental health issues including major depression, anxiety disorders including OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis and perinatal mental health disorders. 

Jessica Loterman

Jessica has a Bachelor in Social Psychology and a Master of Social Work and has worked in the field of mental health for the past 15 years. She has been practicing as a Registered Social Worker since 2017. Jessica started her professional career at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto working with teenagers and adults individually and in groups and has worked in several different roles in various hospital settings. 

Currently Jessica provides acute crisis assessment and intervention along with short-term counselling in a hospital setting. She also collaborates with first responders as a mental health consultant and debrief facilitator following critical incidents.
